Pre-Requisites:

Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card and ACLS Provider card

Letter of recommendation from affiliate AHA Training Center

Completed Core Instructor Course.

A signed Instructor Candidate Application by candidate's TC

Materials should be received at least 10 days prior to the course date
